1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and phgaming ("phgaming," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the phgaming platform available at phgaming.vip, including all games, features, promotions, and services offered therein.

By registering an account, logging in, depositing funds, or otherwise using any part of the phgaming platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. 2. Eligibility

To register and use phgaming, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required by PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing phgaming from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of phgaming, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from phgaming or any affiliated platform.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by PAGCOR or any other recognized responsible gaming authority.

phgaming reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued identification card, passport, or other identity documents. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of eligibility may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

3. Account Registration and Security

Each player may register only one (1) phgaming account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering your phgaming account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid Philippine mobile number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration information and must update it promptly if any details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phgaming login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. phgaming will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you suspect that your phgaming account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify phgaming support immediately via live chat at phgaming.vip. phgaming may temporarily suspend your account pending investigation of any reported unauthorized access.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

phgaming accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Philippine players: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and bank transfer (including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank). Debit card deposits may also be available subject to your bank's policies.

All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed on the phgaming cashier page. These limits may vary by payment method and account verification status.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as your phgaming account. phgaming reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal. phgaming does not accept deposits from credit cards for gambling purposes, in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations. Any deposit made using a prohibited payment method may be reversed and the associated account suspended.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

phgaming may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload promotions, and other incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, game restrictions, and expiry periods.

Unless otherwise stated in the applicable promotion terms:

• Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before any withdrawal can be made.

All games available on phgaming use certified random number generators (RNGs) that have been independently tested and audited to ensure fairness and unpredictability of outcomes. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are available within the game information panels.

By participating in any game on phgaming, you acknowledge that:

• Game outcomes are determined by RNG technology and are not influenced by phgaming or any third party.
• The result displayed on your screen at the conclusion of each game round is final and binding.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game round, phgaming will resolve the matter in accordance with its technical failure policy, which may result in the round being voided and your stake returned.
• phgaming's records of game outcomes shall be the definitive record in the event of any dispute.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phgaming platform and will result in immediate account suspension, termination, and forfeiture of all balances:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with phgaming games or systems.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Money laundering or any attempt to use phgaming for illegal financial activity.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorization.
• Any conduct that phgaming reasonably determines to be fraudulent, abusive, or harmful to the integrity of the platform.

phgaming's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phgaming account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

phgaming does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue any part of the platform at any time for maintenance, upgrades, or other operational reasons.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact phgaming support and allow a reasonable period of not less than thirty (30) days for phgaming to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. phgaming's decision on disputes relating to game outcomes, bonus eligibility, and account matters shall be final and binding, subject to applicable Philippine law.
